Wincam Civil & Mining is an environmentally aware organisation committed to ensuring the environmental impact of our work is minimised at all times.

Our policy objective is to at all times comply with the following practices:

• Operate an Environmental Management System in accordance with ISO 14001
• Conduct environmental impact assessments of work prior to commencement
• Aligning ourselves with other environmentally aware organisations, customers and suppliers
• Complying at all times with the relevant state and federal legislation with regard to environmental practices
• The reduction of all wastes and consumables with an emphasis on recycling where possible
• Educating our employees on the need for sustainability of our operations
• Regular review and assessment of all completed work with an emphasis on the impact of the work performed by our company and benchmarking performance to ensure continual improvement in reducing our environmental impact
